Much of my career has been spent building and remodeling coastal homes. This is a challenging environment to work in to say the least. Besides trying to maximize view and the optimize use of square footage you must account for a brutal marine environment. The homes I work on do not leak. We understand that there is wind driven rain water, sea salt and sand to contend with. We use time tested materials that are also used in boats and are aware of the interaction of materials to prevent leaks and to give you a low maintenance home. The details and materials that are not seen are as important as the visible details. Our finished product is as good as it gets.
